Ty Burrows is the founder of Lumitiv. Over 25+ years in IT and enterprise networking, he's run the network operations center at Guest-Tek serving clients including Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt, and Sofitel, rebuilt server infrastructure under contract at Calgary International Airport, and traveled across Canada and the U.S. as a quality control manager auditing high-end hotel installs — with a reputation for not signing off on work until it actually met spec. He started Lumitiv after years of watching traditional IT shops keep things broken to bill hours and push products that fit their margins better than their clients' actual needs. The company also builds AI automation flows for clients looking to take repetitive work off their team's plate.
