Most attacks start with an email. Stop them there.

Filtering that catches scam emails, fake invoices and people pretending to be you or your suppliers, the ones Microsoft’s built-in protection lets through. Plus training so your staff can spot what still gets past.

What it catches

These look real. That’s the point.

Examples of what lands in inboxes every week. Filtering stops them before anyone has to decide whether to click.

What happens to every email

Checked before it lands.

01

Checked on arrival

The sender, the links and the attachments are checked before the message reaches an inbox.

02

Attachments opened safely

Suspicious files are opened in a sealed-off space first, to see what they do.

03

Bad mail held back

Anything dangerous is quarantined, not delivered. If something legitimate gets held, we release it.

04

Your people, trained

Short, plain-language training so staff can spot the few that still get through.

Why start here

The cheapest protection a business can buy.

A fake invoice costs nothing to send. Paying one can cost the whole transfer, and once money is wired it is rarely recovered.

Stopping it at the inbox costs far less than any cleanup afterwards. That’s why email protection comes with every mailbox we look after.

Already on Microsoft 365? Its built-in filtering catches the obvious junk. The convincing, targeted ones are what we add protection for.

Fair questions

What owners ask us about email.

What if an account gets taken over?

We lock it, reset the password, check what was sent from it, and look for rules set up to quietly forward your mail to someone else.

Will we miss real emails?

Held messages go to quarantine, not the bin. If something real gets caught, we release it and adjust the filter.

Do our staff need training if the filter is good?

Yes. No filter catches everything. A staff member who stops to check is the last line of defence.

What does it cost?

It’s part of the per-mailbox rate on Complete, along with Microsoft 365 backup, and it’s included in Essentials.

Had a close call?

Forward us the email. We’ll tell you what it was.

A short call, no sales pitch. If your current filtering is doing the job, we’ll say so.
