STEP 1
Download
Choose your OS below and download the QuickSupport file. Nothing gets installed on your machine.
STEP 2
Run it
Open the file. On Windows, click Run. On Mac, open the .dmg and launch the app. Allow any permissions requested.
STEP 3
Enter your name
Type your name into the QuickSupport window. Your technician will see your session and connect.
