Run it

Open the file. On Windows, click Run. On Mac, open the .dmg and launch the app. Allow any permissions requested.

Enter your name

Type your name into the QuickSupport window so your technician knows who's requesting help. Leave the window open while you wait.

Approve the connection request when it appears. We'll take control of your screen and get to work — you can watch the whole session and disconnect anytime.
