How fast can we be working again?
It depends on what’s lost and how it’s backed up. We agree a target with you up front, then test against it.
What does it cost?
Microsoft 365 backup is included with every mailbox on Complete. Server and computer backup is quoted separately, based on how much data you have and how fast you need it back.
Do we need server backup at all?
Maybe not. If everything lives in Microsoft 365 and a few laptops, we’ll tell you, and we won’t sell you a server backup you don’t need.
What if the whole office is lost?
The offsite copy is there for exactly that. We also write a recovery plan with you and run through it once a year so it holds up.
